All the details of a Carnival-Themed Send-Off Party
I threw a "Send-Off" party for my daughter's grandparents. A "Going Away" party sounded sad and final and I thought this name sounded upbeat and fun. I wanted their "Send-Off" party to be happy, fun and light-hearted, so I decided on a Carnival as the theme.
